Sales Responsibilities:
* Align with organizational goals and make decisions that reflect company priorities.
* Take initiative and commit to achieving results while being mindful of personal and store performance metrics; collaborate with management to develop personal sales and clienteling strategies.
* Formulate both short- and long-term plans to meet personal performance objectives.
* Own personal survey feedback and devise strategies for improvement.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Tapestry.
* Consistently demonstrate Tapestry's sales and service standards.
* Stay informed about local market changes that may affect business performance and support the implementation of local sales strategies.
* Drive sales through effective strategies, clienteling, and building lasting relationships with customers.
* Make positive impressions by presenting oneself in accordance with Tapestry's style guidelines.
* Establish credibility as a fashion advisor by showcasing fashion knowledge and understanding of competitors.
* Provide comprehensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and overall value.
* Communicate current pricing and promotional strategies clearly to customers.
* Utilize cross-selling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
* Be attentive to customer needs and adapt approaches accordingly.
* Manage multiple customers effectively and prioritize as necessary.
* Follow up with customers genuinely to facilitate sales closure.
* Adjust personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store performance.
* Build enduring relationships with customers.
* Leverage Tapestry's tools and technology to enhance clienteling efforts.
* Foster enthusiasm and positivity towards our shared vision and mission.
* Encourage a collaborative team selling environment.
* Promote teamwork, trust, and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain a solution-oriented mindset; adapt to changing business needs.
* Welcome constructive feedback and adjust behaviors as needed.
* Uphold a calm and professional demeanor at all times.

Operational Duties:
* Ensure all daily tasks are completed without compromising service or Tapestry standards.
* Carry out daily operational responsibilities, including maintaining the sales floor, backroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising in accordance with Tapestry standards.
* Keep the selling area clean and organized at all times.
* Adhere to all relevant retail policies and procedures, including POS, operations, and asset protection protocols.
* Restock inventory on the sales floor as required.

Salary Range: $15-$16.50/hr
