Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in accessing government-sponsored programs and services.
  • Engage with program participants regularly, either in person or through correspondence.
  • Educate clients on available services and eligibility criteria.
  • Guide clients through various stages of the case management process, from enrollment to benefit allocation.
  • Support clients in achieving program objectives and maintaining eligibility for services.
  • Facilitate access to services that help clients meet their goals.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are addressed and concerns are resolved.
  • Lead and mentor lower-level staff, providing guidance and addressing complex issues as needed.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify participants' needs and aspirations.
  • Create tailored Employability/Service Plans (ESPs) to improve job readiness.
  • Provide ongoing case management to ensure participants receive necessary support.
  • Facilitate job development, placement, and retention services to assist participants in securing and maintaining employment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required, with 6+ years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Onsite work is required.
  • Previous experience with the organization is preferred.
