As a key member of the Finance Division, the Senior Oracle EPM Solutions Architect is tasked with overseeing the suite of EPM software products, serving as a technical design authority across various domains. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise-level software projects that necessitate extensive domain expertise in specialized architectural areas. The focus is on all facets of Enterprise Performance Management, particularly the Oracle Hyperion suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement comprehensive Oracle Hyperion EPM solutions tailored to meet business specifications.
- Design, configure, and deploy robust EPM solutions encompassing Hyperion DRM, EDM, Financial Management (HFM), FCC, Planning, PBCS, FDMEE, Data Management, and other modules essential for consolidations, planning, and financial reporting.
- Develop, implement, and sustain EPM modules and associated business process workflows.
- Oversee the complete system development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and documentation processes.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to address system challenges, ensuring peak system performance and reliability, including coordinating resolutions with both internal and external technical support teams.
- Analyze application and service logs to diagnose application issues.
- Establish necessary software quality standards and delivery models.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing system performance and efficiency, including evaluating existing processes to identify risks and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with developers and operational support teams across a global network.
- Stay informed on industry trends and Oracle Hyperion EPM best practices, ensuring alignment of the EPM landscape with evolving requirements and innovative technological advancements.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of practical experience with Oracle's EPM products and data integration tools in both implementation and support roles.
- Strong knowledge of EPM Cloud solutions (EDM, FCC, PBCS, and related modules, DM).
- Thorough understanding of finance accounting and planning principles, including corporate month-end close processes, consolidation, translation, elimination, and financial reporting activities, as well as planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes and master data management.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Hyperion EPM system architecture, security frameworks, and interface technologies.
- Proficient in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), SQL, and Oracle relational database systems.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading complex EPM implementation projects, navigating dependencies among multiple initiatives that impact the application landscape.
