About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Contracts Manager to support our commercial and technology transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial and procurement contracts. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of software agreements, reseller agreements, services agreements, strategic partnerships, and intellectual property licensing arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, analyze, negotiate, and complete complex commercial transactions with enterprise customers, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Propose and develop scalable solutions to improve contracting efficiency.
  • Lead the contract request lifecycle across teams, from initial intake to final execution.
  • Collaborate with business units and legal team members to streamline contract management processes and identify potential risks.
  • Work closely with the Product, Sales, Business Operations, Research, and Procurement teams to achieve key business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of related contract management experience, with at least 3 years of experience supporting technology transactions or partnerships.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across various organizational levels and functions.
  • Substantive knowledge of software agreements, reseller agreements, services agreements, strategic partnerships, and intellectual property licensing arrangements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated self-starter able to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
