Job Summary

As a Director of Business Development, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive growth and expansion in the hospice market. You will provide leadership and oversight to a team of marketing liaisons, ensuring effective sales planning and execution. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospice industry, marketing principles, and leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to meet budgetary volume projections
  • Lead training and onboarding of marketing liaisons, including ongoing professional development
  • Conduct marketing assessments and develop a deep understanding of the organization's markets, including key referral sources, competitors, and major payer groups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure effective sales planning and execution
  • Maintain knowledge of and commitment to the hospice philosophy of care
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 years' experience in hospice and/or home health marketing
  • 2 years' experience in marketing leadership roles
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
  • Ability to lead and inspire others
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills

Salary Range

USD $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 / Year
