Instep Management Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support for our clients.

The primary responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and ensuring effective communication throughout the resolution process. Success in this role demands a proactive approach, professionalism, and the ability to document interactions accurately within our systems.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
  • Collaborate with all relevant parties to keep them updated on the status of ongoing issues and work closely with escalation teams to identify, document, and monitor deviations from standard procedures, ultimately developing best practices.
  • Engage in problem-solving to maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide timely and responsive support via telephone and chat, serving as the primary contact for customers from issue identification through to resolution whenever possible.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, particularly in phone and email interactions.
  • Basic computer proficiency and strong communication abilities.
