Position Overview:
Under close supervision, this role provides essential support to the department in various clerical tasks, including customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcomes all visitors, vendors, and other individuals entering the department.
Organizes and distributes all incoming mail and employee checks weekly.
Assists the Human Resources and Accounting Departments with onboarding new employees in the time and attendance system.
Processes accounts receivable payments and reconciles deposits.
Generates daily time reports for supervisor assessment.
Maintains records of locker assignments and key distribution.
Issues necessary equipment to new staff members.
Monitors departmental supply usage and places orders as needed.
Assists walk-in applicants with the application process on the company kiosk.
Prepares materials for weekly meetings with supervisors and administrators.
Completes occasional errands as required.
Provides support to employees with minor HR-related inquiries.
Receives invoices from customer service for pickup clients and processes payments as necessary.
Handles various Excel tasks for multiple office personnel.
