Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with their beverage and food orders in a fast-paced coffee shop environment
  • Prepare all beverage and food orders to the highest standard
  • Be knowledgeable about all product offerings and answer guest questions
  • Operate all machines in the coffee shop and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Perform back-up duties to the Coffee Shop Manager, including ordering product, completing inventory, and completing required reports
