About the Role:

The Client Solutions Analyst will be a key member of the Client Solutions Support Team, focusing on the Northeast US territory to drive new business growth and service existing client relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and develop skills in client prospecting, relationship development, management, and servicing.

As a Client Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining sales activities and new business pipeline for the designated region in CRM, conducting research to generate and tier prospects and new business leads, and assisting with preparation of presentations and RFPs in conjunction with the client solutions professionals, marketing, products, RFP/content, and compliance departments.

You will also help organize regional investment road shows and events in conjunction with client solutions and events teams, and contribute to the team's efficiency by leveraging new technology.

Requirements:

  • College degree (B.A., B.S., or B.B.A) with strong academic performance
  • 0-3 years' experience in financial services
  • Interest in learning about private markets, sales, and client service
  • Exceptional organization, detail orientation, and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and creativity
  • Entrepreneurial and competitive disposition
  • Strong team orientation
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in learning about and deploying new technologies (e.g. AI) to improve team efficiency
