We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team at Kristin Staropoli - State Farm Agent. Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.
- Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
