Position Overview
As the Ecommerce Operations Coordinator, you will be an essential member of the Ecommerce team, responsible for managing the order process from start to finish. Your focus will be on ensuring that all orders are handled with precision and efficiency throughout their lifecycle.

Your role will also emphasize maintaining exceptional customer service and satisfaction as part of a dynamic team.

You will be tasked with ensuring that both incoming and outgoing orders are processed accurately and effectively, consistently meeting and surpassing customer expectations while upholding a high standard of service.

A key aspect of your position will involve assisting with problem resolution after purchases, where customer service and satisfaction are of utmost importance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately process orders that require manual intervention using various order management systems and proprietary commercial platforms.
- Address orders flagged with issues from Dispatch promptly and effectively.
- Manage delayed orders by coordinating with Dispatch to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Source products from various suppliers to ensure order completion.
- Handle credit and refund requests from the Customer Support Team.
- Process refunds for returned orders, including warranty claims.
- Communicate with customers through messaging platforms as necessary.
- Assist the Customer Support Team with ad-hoc requests.
- Create and maintain reports using Excel.
- Work hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess prior administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:
- Proficient in IT and computer systems, particularly in a multi-monitor setup.
- Ability to navigate multiple workplace systems while ensuring accurate data entry.
- Process-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changes as the business evolves.
- Capability to work under pressure, ensuring customer delivery expectations are met.
- Interest or experience in the automotive industry or motorsport is a plus but not mandatory.
