Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure parts from suppliers and dealerships based on estimates and additional requirements.
  • Engage with estimators to ensure part availability and manage delivery timelines.
  • Oversee the delivery process and monitor the status of parts, liaising with vendors as necessary.
  • Drive key performance indicators related to parts management.
  • Align part orders with corresponding repair orders for accuracy.
  • Conduct inspections upon receipt of parts to identify any damages.
  • Maintain oversight of deliveries and manage all related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a collision repair facility in a parts role.
  • Familiarity with CCC ONE estimating software is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive components.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
  • Ability to comprehend basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
  • Proficient in multitasking and adapting to a dynamic work environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, and pull.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 80 lbs).
