At ManTech International, we're seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager - Software Quality Assurance to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in providing technical and management leadership on major tasks and technology assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead major technology assignments, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
  • Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Successfully manage quality programs with large numbers of personnel, equipment, and customers geographically dispersed.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage the program QC Plan, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze data and brief senior leadership on key findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Active certification in either SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Government Practitioner (SGP).
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on software quality assurance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with scrum on a large scale, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with creating and running automated tests to enable CI and CD, with a focus on DevOps.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in all phases of the QA cycle, with a strong understanding of quality control and quality assurance principles.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality control and quality assurance methodologies, including ISO 9000 standard, Lean Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies.
  • Quality management experience in contingency support operations, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Knowledge of practical application of information operations for military operations, with a focus on delivering secure and reliable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise with Remedy, Collaborative Life Cycle Management Tools (IBM CLM), SharePoint, or similar tools.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with creating and running automated methods to deploy software products into the production environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing multiple QA analysts running multiple QA cycles.
  • Certified Manager in Software Testing or an equivalent testing certification.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • A current Top Secret (TS) clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,800-$185,500.
