Job Title: Patient Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Health Specialist to join our team at Family Medical Centers of AZ. As a critical member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with physicians to provide high-quality patient care and education.
  • Adhere to established midwifery practice guidelines and Tenet HIPAA Compliance Plan.
  • Demonstrate support for the Tenet Corporate Compliance Program.
  • Order medications as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • State licensure as a Physician Assistant.
  • CPR certification.
  • DEA registration.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $130,000-$160,000 based on experience and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
