About the Role

NATIVE HEALTH is seeking a highly motivated Patient Enrollment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding patients into our Integrated System of Care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide expert knowledge regarding eligibility requirements and enrollment processes.

As a Patient Enrollment Specialist, you will facilitate enrollment of individuals and families into affordable health and dental insurance coverage such as Arizona Health Care Containment System (AHCCCS) and KidsCare. You will also process NATIVE HEALTH Discount Program (formerly known as SFS) applications for the uninsured and underinsured as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
