We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Charlie Health. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with patients and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care for medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current on best practices in mental health care

Requirements:

  • Masters of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis from an accredited program
  • Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • 3+ years experience working as a PMHNP; IOP, PHP, and/or IP experience preferred
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults
  • Commitment to delivery of high-quality, cost-effective health care
  • Ability to communicate and work proficiently with medical staff, patients, clinical support, and administrative staff
