Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Keep work areas organized and efficient.
  • Oversee production processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues effectively.
  • Implement corrective measures to enhance product quality and equipment performance.
  • Repair or replace faulty machine parts, including valves and cylinders.
  • Conduct line and machine transitions smoothly.
  • Streamline processes to minimize setup durations.
  • Meet production targets to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing technical training for personal and professional development.
  • Collaborate with Operators, Technicians, Engineers, and Leadership teams.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong technical skills, with a foundational understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic team environment.
