Job Title: Sales Solutions Expert

Converge Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sales Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and margin expansion within the North/Central Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and margin expansion
  • Partner with clients to understand their current and future digital workplace needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with account executives, vendor partners, and clients
  • Develop and deliver go-forward plans to obtain renewals and new business
  • Be the Converge brand ambassador for Presales Solution Architects and Channel Partners
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in technology sales
  • Thorough understanding of sales engagement, management, and reporting processes
  • Experience working across the sales channel, including building, growing, and maintaining tier 1 and tier 2 vendors in the region
  • Problem-solving mentality with a focus on integrity and doing what is right for our clients and the business
  • Understanding of End-User device life-cycles, Microsoft Modern Work solutions, and collaboration technology solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work Environment:
  • Remote work from home within the North-Central region of the United States
  • Occasional travel to regional office for strategic meetings or client meetings
