Lead a Team to Success with Mitch Phelps

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Mitch Phelps. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new business opportunities and grow our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Research and develop new business leads through B2B sales
  • Supervise and train a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity and performance

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S.
  • Clean background and own transportation
