Position Overview

The primary goal of our Business Indirect Channel is to market and sell our business products and services through third-party entities such as distributors, resellers, and other partners. This approach allows us to reach a broader market and tap into new geographic areas and segments more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and launch of initiatives targeting new and existing distributors and key accounts.
  • Enhance communication strategies and build reward and incentive programs to support individual sales channels, aiming to meet quotas and drive revenue.
  • Oversee the creative management and execution of all campaigns, newsletters, and sales enablement needs for indirect sales channels.
  • Maintain customer portals to ensure branding and information are current.
  • Proofread all creative content for accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative agencies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of creative work that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including product, offers, billing, and legal, on marketing needs for the Indirect Channel.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with B2B indirect sales channels to understand their needs and implement their strategies.
  • Support alternative sales channels by planning and participating in trade shows and events.
  • Manage the creation of event materials and innovate event spaces to promote new products and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or account management role, preferably with B2B experience.
  • Experience in integrated marketing or advertising with a focus on creative development is preferred.
  • Proficient in collaborating with internal and external creative agencies/vendors.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading projects from conception to execution.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person events.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive creative direction.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced business environment.
  • Accountability in following through on assignments.
  • Experience in telecommunications and the indirect channel is a significant advantage.
