Role OverviewAs the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you will report directly to the Director of Demand Marketing. You will be responsible for leading the product-led growth and conversion optimization strategy across Calm Business digital platforms.
Your primary focus will be to drive revenue for our self-service product in collaboration with Paid Programs, Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Product teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a global strategy and roadmap for growth and performance marketing.
- Creating and refining a multi-channel growth go-to-market strategy with an emphasis on scalable digital channels.
- Managing return on investment for self-service initiatives by effectively planning, allocating, and optimizing budgets against the highest yielding activities and channels.
- Overseeing external contractors and agencies.
- Collaborating with digital and campaign teams to design and implement campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
- Executing high-converting marketing strategies based on data insights.
- Identifying opportunities to expand the business, attract new customers, and enhance self-service customer retention.
- Spotting potential threats and opportunity gaps to address.
- Coordinating efforts across campaigns, digital marketing, design, email marketing, and other marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in marketing to HR benefits leaders or a background in healthcare.
- Proven skills in marketing campaign management.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize impactful activities, and keep complex projects on track.
- A solid track record of growth, with demonstrable results from past campaigns.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, GA4, Marketo, ABM Platforms (6sense), digital advertising platforms, SEO, and conversion rate optimization tools.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tableau.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in growth marketing.
Experience in B2B healthcare marketing and familiarity with self-service benefits marketing are advantageous.
Minimum RequirementsThis position typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience. The anticipated salary range for this role is competitive and includes equity, comprehensive benefits, a 401k plan, and flexible time off.
