Position Overview:

The Broadcom Automation Marketing Team is on the lookout for a seasoned marketing programs and events strategist to enhance our business through targeted marketing initiatives, content distribution, and sales strategies.

The Marketing Operations Strategist will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by establishing, maintaining, and refining scalable processes that bolster our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee our marketing campaign and sales strategy toolkit (Hubspot, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Enhance processes to facilitate demand generation and campaign execution.
  • Maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards within Hubspot.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of campaign performance.
  • Manage digital and social media metrics, presenting insights and recommendations derived from data.
  • Collaborate with our PR agency to elevate thought leadership and enhance brand visibility.
  • Assist in the design and execution of event promotions, including Virtual Summits, webinars, and other customer engagement activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and over 12 years of marketing operations experience in a B2B environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in generating marketing analytics reports, analyzing outcomes, deriving insights, and making strategic recommendations to enhance overall marketing and sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to process improvement.
  • Outstanding writing abilities for creating web content, advertisements, and other written materials.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in administering and developing Hubspot for campaigns, webinars, and other events.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Zoominfo or other intent data platforms for data collection related to specific campaigns and sales teams.
Compensation and Benefits Overview:

The annual base salary range for this role is $118,000 - $189,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in line with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
