Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our team at TableOne Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menus, recipes, and food specifications.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Monitor and control food and labor costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and menu planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
