Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the architectural design and framework for our large-scale projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce ecosystems with a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement critical architecture solutions that support the business requirements and align with the company's strategic direction.
  • Lead Salesforce application architecture and development efforts.
  • Provide technical leadership in Salesforce projects from conception to completion.
  • Evaluate existing application architecture and recommend improvements.
  • Oversee the Salesforce Administration, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine how Salesforce solutions can best support business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a secure, scalable, and performant Salesforce architecture.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring the adoption of architectural standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features, best practices, and implementation methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Application Architect.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
  • Proven application architect experience for a minimum of 4 years.
  • Demonstrated experience in architectural design and framework for large projects or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at various levels within an organization.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field, or equivalent experience.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
