About the Role

Cayuse Technologies, LLC is a leading provider of technology and government solutions. We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Computer User Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware.
  • Handle problems that the first tier help desk support is unable to resolve.
  • Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
  • Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
  • Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.

Requirements

  • AA/AS degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined.
  • 4+ years of professional, applicable experience.
  • Current DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification, IAT Level I.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10, and MS Office 2013.
  • Experience using Remedy or a similar ticketing system.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.

Working Conditions

  • Professional office environment.
  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.

Pay Range

USD $26.25 - USD $36.25 /Hr.
