Job Title: Concrete Crew Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Crew Laborer to assist with various tasks on construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general construction duties such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and operating hand and power tools.
  • Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
Working Conditions:
  • Low temperatures.
  • High temperatures.
  • Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.
  • Noisy environments.
  • Hazardous conditions.
  • Shift work, to include overnight work.
  • Frequent overtime, including weekends.
