Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
    • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and signing up new members.
    • Assist the Club Manager in counting out the drawer as needed.
  • Account Management
    • Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
    • Complete daily assigned tasks within the first hour of your shift.
    • Help complete priority cleaning list each day.
    • Complete walk-around and bathroom checks periodically.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Customer service background preferred.
  • Skills
    • Basic computer proficiency.
    • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
    • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.

Physical Demands

  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
