**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Generator Supercenter of Tallahassee. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining office systems, managing incoming communications, and supporting staff through consistent communications and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office efficiency by executing office systems and layouts.
  • Review sales folders for accuracy.
  • Maintain office policies by executing standards and procedures at a high level.
  • Support staff through consistent communications and follow-up.
  • Manage time and attendance hours independently.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office roles, with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, and handle vendor contracts.
  • Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to adjust to new tasks should the company or office need change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must practice regular and dependable attendance.
