Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will oversee programs/projects with required resources, personnel, equipment, and facilities to include SCIFs and geographically dispersed customers, both domestic and international.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire 430+-person Task Order services program to include subcontracts.
Direct supervision of 18 Senior Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Site Leads.
Lead as the primary contact for all program matters between customers, subcontractors, project leadership teams, and
Manage the contract services' cost, schedule, performance, and risk services.
Manage programs/projects with required resources, personnel, equipment, and facilities to include SCIFs and geographically dispersed customers, both domestic and international.
Provide financial management oversight for the Task Order and maintain budget guidelines and accomplish program objectives for development, production, and sustainment to meet users' operational
Optimize program/project execution processes and procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiencies of mission operating system.
Meet and communicate Task Order milestones and serve as the alternate point of contact for program/project matters for words contract or office.
Develop and maintain program plans and ensure sufficient and proper personnel, materials, funds, facilities, and equipment utilization.
Brief senior clients and corporate leadership on program status, successes, and challenges.
