Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

Total Networks Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects and assist in the development of our client's project management office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a project consultant for technology-focused projects in various roles, including project manager, project management advisor, implementation specialist, or system specialist.
  • Partner with internal business owners, technical team members, and senior management to design, develop, and implement effective systems and enhancements.
  • Act as an intermediary to facilitate clear understanding among all parties about business assumptions and strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with clients to establish, revise, and maintain standards and procedures while implementing system projects.
  • Assist with business process redesign to take advantage of automation efficiencies.
  • Research, recommend, and write processes, procedures, and policies to meet FISMA standards.
  • Articulate the program's strategy and objectives and assess its impact on an organization.
  • Define and oversee dependent projects needed to reach the program's overall goals.
  • Execute, track, and report on project activities.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Core work hours: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (40 hours per week).
