Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Intralox, a leading global provider of conveyor equipment solutions, is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our Digital Solutions team. As a key member of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) group, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to PLM applications and associated engineering systems implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) in clarifying, sequencing, and providing strategic vision for key business initiatives/projects on our Digital Solutions Roadmap.
  • Initiate, plan, and execute PLM/engineering systems and/or related application projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, phases, and milestones.
  • Create and manage project documentation, including Project Charter, RACI, Project Plan and Schedule, Project Status reports, Issues and Risk Log, Testing Cycles, Training, etc.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues.
  • Define project tasks, deliverables, and project resources.
  • On-Board and manage project team members.
  • Manage Stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project budget as applicable.
  • Create and manage the project WBS.
  • Create and own the detailed project schedule and project timeline.
  • Ensure timely and quality completion of all engineering project tasks and deliverables.
  • Lead, support, guide, motivate, and direct the PLM/Engineering project core team.
  • Manage project change orders through change control process.
  • Lead quality assurance on the project.
  • Monitor the status of the project on a continual basis and report progress to the team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Science.
  • Proven IT Project Management track record with minimum of 8 years in technology and project management (PM) roles.
  • 5 years of experience managing Implementation/Continuous Improvement projects using established implementation methodologies.
  • Experience and expertise in SDLC waterfall phases/implementation concepts and Agile approach.
  • Principled thinking with an eye towards simplification and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with business systems consultants/staff augmentation providers.
  • Experience leading diverse teams, including members from global business departments and vendors.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Smartsheet / Project Management Software.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry or experience within an engineering environment preferred.
  • Proven knowledge and skillset in PTC Windchill applications/modules (preferred) or similar PDM or PLM applications preferred.
  • PMP (PMI) or certified Scrum Master certification preferred.
