We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our Global Top Accounts Team. This role demands a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth from our top account list. Your expertise will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with key brands, driving business growth, and shaping the future of music consumption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase revenue from our top account list through strategic planning and execution
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive top-line regional and global revenue growth
  • Initiate, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with key brands
  • Own B-C level relationships with key agency decision makers to drive consideration at an account level and beyond
  • Build dedicated focus plans and strategies to meet team growth targets
  • Collaborate with the Global Agency Sales team to drive 360 planning and focus on an account level
  • Sustain close communication and alignment with local and regional sales teams to maximize client strategies
  • Build unparalleled understanding of key account organization, business drivers, and planning cycles
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with regional and cross-functional colleagues
  • Communicate key account strategies with internal stakeholders while driving local and regional consideration
  • Represent Spotify at key events, as delegates and/or speakers

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related subject
  • At least 8 years of experience in client-side marketing or running a global CPG business for a platform/publisher
  • Strategic with strong analytical skills; experienced using quantitative and qualitative data
  • Consultative while being curious
  • Driven and entrepreneurial with strong personal organization and project management abilities
  • Energetic and flourishes in a start-up atmosphere
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
