At iHeartMedia, we're seeking a talented Campaign Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing revenue opportunities through the fulfillment of complex RFPs and campaign build-out.

As a Campaign Strategist, you'll work closely with our Account Executives to generate proposals, manage the pre-sales process, and optimize sales plans to increase revenue. You'll also be responsible for entering and revising orders, assisting with monitoring campaign performance, and providing pacing and delivery reports.

We're looking for a team-oriented individual with strong communication, organizational, and strategic-thinking skills. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for media sales and a desire to learn and grow, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
  • Work with Account Executives to generate proposals
  • Manage Pre-Sales Process, work with sales to optimize sales plans, understand CPM rates, targeting requirements & increase revenue when possible
  • Enter and revise orders
  • Assist with monitoring campaign performance
  • Provide pacing and delivery reports
  • Assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks
What You'll Need:
  • Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A great attitude, flexibility, and creativity
  • An understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales
What You'll Bring:
  • Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return
  • Ability to work within prescribed guidelines without needing close supervision
  • Problem-solving skills within established procedures
  • Understanding of when to seek guidance for unforeseen problems

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
