Job Overview:

FedEx is seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a Territory Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers within a defined geographic territory.

You'll focus on developing new business opportunities, troubleshooting customer problems, and enhancing existing customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Troubleshoot customer problems and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent and one (1) year of business-to-business sales experience required
  • Ability to travel overnight as required

Salary Range: $51,975 - $98,250 per year
