Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk, bell, valet, and retail areas, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Oversee the front desk, bell, valet, and retail areas, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train front-office personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the leadership team, staff, and guests, ensuring that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of office supplies, stationery, and other materials, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in stock.
- Customer Service: Ensure timely and accurate customer service, resolving guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to office staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring that the hotel operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Financial Management: Manage the office budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and costs are minimized.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and security requirements, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years' experience managing front office operations.
- Skills: Thorough knowledge of LMS; experience with office machines; practical knowledge of MS Office; strong communication and interpersonal skills; good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
- Physical Demands: May be subject to a smoking environment and moderate noise; must be able to stoop, reach, and bend as necessary.
- Mental Demands: Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest demands in a fast-paced environment.
