Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist members, potential members, and visitors.
  • Handle front desk duties such as responding to phone inquiries, checking in members, and conducting facility tours.
  • Address member questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the club.
  • Complete closing procedures and prepare financial deposits.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
  • Enthusiasm for fitness and wellness.
  • Positive demeanor and proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Engage in conversations with members both in person and over the phone.
  • Capability to work overnight shifts.
  • Occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Exposure to cleaning agents.
