  • Assistance and Support: Assist the Cage Manager in performing duties and assume full responsibility in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
  • Specialty Bank and Front Line Support: Work in specialty banks or front line as requested, providing additional support to the team and ensuring efficient operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in the preparation and coordination of scheduling for casino cashiering and banking teams, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Investigations and Troubleshooting: Investigate equipment or facility failures, as well as guest complaints, to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitoring and Compliance: Monitor casino cashiering activities on the front line, specialty banks, main banks, and redemption areas, ensuring compliance with internal controls and standard operating procedures.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial information, operating systems, company policies, marketing plans, and team member information.
  • Training and Compliance: Ensure training and compliance with regulatory and safety standards, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce and deliver reports promptly, providing valuable insights and analysis to support business decisions.
