Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to lead our Front Office team at Hotel Zelos in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and supervise Front Office team members to ensure excellent guest service and high productivity.
  • Maintain effective training programs to ensure personnel are highly productive and knowledgeable about hotel operations.
  • Ensure all guests receive a courteous and efficient check-in and checkout experience, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the OPERA system and ensure its effective use.
  • Communicate effectively with all Front Office team members and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in hotel front office and/or housekeeping supervision, or any similar combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors.
  • Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
