About the Sales Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Brookdale Eagan, a 46-unit memory care community. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding families and older adults through the sales journey, from interest to move-in, while working closely with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals
  • Partner with leadership to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to families and older adults

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience, with senior living experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation
