Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team at US Foods. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for fostering customer relationships, managing deliveries, and driving new business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster customer relationships in a team-based selling model, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage deliveries and troubleshoot any issues during the order process, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Collect accounts receivable and work with clients and credit department to resolve any payment discrepancies.
  • Develop new business and identify prospective customers, leveraging market knowledge and product innovations to drive growth.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Drive to customers and prospects to ensure product delivery, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent travel to customer sites, working in variable weather and temperature conditions. You must be able to stand, walk, drive, and sit frequently, and lift and carry various weights intermittently.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
