Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Liberty Group. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for leasing apartments at our newest and most recently renovated Luxury apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify prospects by covering all criteria and immediately record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports.
  • Inspect models and available units, communicate related service needs to the Property Manager.
  • Provide community and apartment tours, applying product knowledge to client needs and closing the sale.
  • Present and assist prospects in completing applications and securing deposits in accordance with company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
  • Update availability reports, process applications for approvals, and follow up with applicants regarding status.
  • Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move-in on agreed dates and immediately follow up on prospects that did not close.
  • Secure new resident signatures on appropriate paperwork prior to move-in and orient new residents to the community.
  • Assist in monitoring renewals, distributing and following up on renewal notices, and monitoring advertising effectiveness.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be familiar with apartment/multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.
  • Apartment software experience is a bonus.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required.
  • Bilingual candidates are always in high demand.

We offer a competitive hourly salary of $20-$21 and a full-time position in a Luxury property. Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus.
