Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat, utilizing company policies and product knowledge to resolve inquiries efficiently.

• Master product expertise to deliver on customer asks, driving inclusive team culture and success.

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly, identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions or alternatives.

• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets, maintaining customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a customer support role, with excellent verbal and written communication, computer skills, and time management skills.

• Ability to effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiences, with resourcefulness and flexibility.

• Self-management and work independently in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
