Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist at CHAMP Titles, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across the country. Your primary tasks will include responding to and resolving customer inquiries, collaborating with assigned Customer Success Managers, and additional tasks to support the growing Customer Success Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer service calls and email inquiries, providing professional and accurate responses that demonstrate a high level of knowledge and expertise.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member for further assistance.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the Customer Success Team.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide informed support to customers.
- Continued education on industry updates and best practices to enhance customer experience.
- 1+ years of customer success or account management experience.
- Track record of working in a client-facing role.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Cleveland – Hybrid (4-days a week in office)
