Private Sector Partnerships Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Private Sector Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to establish and maintain partnerships with pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and other private sector entities.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of global health challenges, access issues in low- and middle-income countries, and regulatory landscapes. They will also have a proven track record in establishing and managing partnerships with pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or health technology companies.
Job Description- Strategy and Team Development:
- Facilitate the strategy for adding new products and programs into the Max Access Solutions portfolio.
- Implement annual business development plans by coordinating internal and external resources.
- Partnership Development:
- Negotiate and manage agreements to facilitate product access, availability, and distribution in underserved markets.
- Program Management and Execution:
- Oversee the implementation of partnership agreements.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's or relevant certification in Public Health, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience in private sector engagement, global health, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make critical decisions.

Estimated salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
