About the Role
Women's Care is seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Women's Care leadership through research, analysis, and recommendation of improvements to achieve operational efficiencies.
- Facilitate organizational efforts for business process improvement, change management, systems redesign, and integration, and solution development.
- Partner with frontline providers and operational leadership to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with end users, vendors, peers, and management on system-related topics and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other support departments to develop process solutions.
- Assist operational leadership in ensuring reported data and information is accurate, consistent, relevant, and timely.
- Educate and train users on the utilization and adaptation of systems.
- Demonstrate and embody the Women's Care mission and core values.
- Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred four years of experience (in addition to the minimum experience requirement listed below) required in lieu of degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in decision support, clinical or business operations.
- Experience in value stream mapping, root cause analysis, change management, and project management.
- Experience in effectively managing and influencing change within a matrix organization.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and influence business decisions.
- Must be a self-starter with proven abilities in organizational, conceptual, and logical problem-solving.
- Proven track record of success in process optimization initiatives.
- A customer service mindset, and the ability to work with stakeholders from all levels of the organization.
- Ability to lead workshops and drive business process optimization discussions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in healthcare with a preferred focus in women's health.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
