Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Women's Care leadership through research, analysis, and recommendation of improvements to achieve operational efficiencies.
  • Facilitate organizational efforts for business process improvement, change management, systems redesign, and integration, and solution development.
  • Partner with frontline providers and operational leadership to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with end users, vendors, peers, and management on system-related topics and issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and other support departments to develop process solutions.
  • Assist operational leadership in ensuring reported data and information is accurate, consistent, relevant, and timely.
  • Educate and train users on the utilization and adaptation of systems.
  • Demonstrate and embody the Women's Care mission and core values.
  • Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred four years of experience (in addition to the minimum experience requirement listed below) required in lieu of degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in decision support, clinical or business operations.
  • Experience in value stream mapping, root cause analysis, change management, and project management.
  • Experience in effectively managing and influencing change within a matrix organization.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and influence business decisions.
  • Must be a self-starter with proven abilities in organizational, conceptual, and logical problem-solving.
  • Proven track record of success in process optimization initiatives.
  • A customer service mindset, and the ability to work with stakeholders from all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to lead workshops and drive business process optimization discussions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in healthcare with a preferred focus in women's health.
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
