Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Quality Gold, Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems to maintain equipment functionality.
  • Follow a preventative maintenance schedule to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Document, maintain, and update maintenance activities, repairs, logs, and parts to ensure accurate records.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency situations promptly to minimize production interruptions.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify the root cause of problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment to ensure smooth integration.
  • Perform equipment modifications and upgrades as needed to maintain optimal performance.
  • Assist with building maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general repairs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in industrial maintenance or related fields.
  • Apprentice Electrician certification or equivalent experience is required.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and aerial lifts.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to change.
  • Strong collaboration and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment

This position primarily involves working inside a warehouse and manufacturing facility located in a secure area of the building. You will be exposed to dust, noise, heat, and chemicals. Individuals working in the secure area must follow the Company's Secure Area Dress Code and Security policies and procedures.
