Join Our Team as an Industrial Engineering Technician

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineering Technician to become a vital member of our engineering team. In this position, you will collaborate with seasoned engineers, contributing to the planning and execution of innovative engineering projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience while enhancing your technical skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute fundamental technical tasks that aid in the planning and implementation of engineering initiatives.
  • Develop visual aids such as charts, graphs, and diagrams to depict workflow, routing, facility layouts, material handling, and equipment utilization.
  • Support engineers by analyzing test procedures and interpreting results.
  • Manage the creation and closure of Run & Holds for production-related process deviations and manufacturing procedures.
  • Update and create routers for standard operational processes.
  • Revise Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs) as necessary.
  • Process changes to tool drawings using Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
  • Oversee the Operations Change Control Process.
  • Assist Manufacturing Engineering with daily operations, including issue tracking, maintenance tasks, process audits, and documentation for training purposes.
  • Create and maintain process plans for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Associate's Degree (or equivalent post-secondary training) with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for access to sensitive information.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SAP software.
  • Familiarity with Solumina systems.
  • Experience in developing macros using Microsoft Excel.
