Five Rivers Analytics is seeking a Senior Personnel Security Analyst to provide adjudication support for Federal Adjudicators in making suitability and national security recommendations in compliance with relevant Executive Orders (E.O.s), U.S.

Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), and established policies, orders, and guidelines, recognizing that final suitability and national security determinations are made by the appropriate Federal Adjudicators.

Key Responsibilities

Job Duties:


Possess expert knowledge of and adhere to government policies or regulations that govern security suitability and eligibility, including Federal Investigative Standards (FIS), Executive Orders (E.O.s 13526 and 10450), Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs), and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 704, among other guidelines, to provide accurate adjudication recommendations.


Oversee the evaluation of systems, databases, responses to security questionnaires, reports of investigation (ROI), law enforcement documents, incident reports, and other security-related information that includes personal history and relevant details associated with candidates to formulate suitability, eligibility, and adjudication recommendations or determinations.


Make recommendations in line with regulations regarding whether applicants fulfill the criteria for employment in sensitive or non-sensitive roles, ensuring consistency with all relevant adjudicative guidelines.


Assist in the implementation of operational policies, procedures, programs, and standards as necessary, ensuring the effective execution of trusted workforce initiatives, including the Continuous Evaluation Program, continuous vetting, and RAPBACK.

Collaborate with Federal staff to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures.


Enforce existing security directives and provide recommendations to address unique and complex security challenges by coordinating with senior security specialists, including proposed solutions and follow-up written communications.

Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing functional and automated processes within the division.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

High School diploma.

A minimum of 6 years of personnel security experience.

Demonstrated experience in making adjudicative decisions or recommendations.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and related software.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements:

Work is conducted in an office setting.

Must be able to stand, walk, and sit; communicate verbally in person and via telephone.

Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds.
