Job Title: Retrieval Analyst

This is a remote position.

Paradigm Information Services, Inc. is currently seeking a highly organized and collaborative Retrieval Analyst to work on a 6-month contract basis for our client in the legal services industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a set caseload from start to finish, conducting case management consistent with the terms of the Statement of Work, and understanding technical capabilities of current systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in document review and processing, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as an effective team member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a set caseload from start to finish
  • Conduct case management consistent with the terms of the Statement of Work
  • Understand technical capabilities of current systems
  • Conduct accurate data entry
  • Coordinate record retrieval between client law firms and retrieval vendors
  • Properly generate and submit required medical record authorization forms
  • Generate and process Plaintiff Fact Sheets
  • Provide quality control for incoming records
  • Daily follow-up with client law firms, retrieval vendors, and claimants to ensure timely completion of required documents
  • Ensure Personal Health Information (PHI) is secure at all times
  • Regularly participate in meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a relevant field or one to two years equivalent work experience
  • Prior work experience in customer service, call center, medical, legal, or insurance claims office
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively as an effective team member
  • Must be able to guide oneself with little supervision
  • Able to adapt to constantly changing environment
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
