Data Quality Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to join our team at Brickred Systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and leveraging data from internal and external sources to provide actionable insights.

Your ability to identify trends, construct forecasts, and create strategic plans based on business data and market knowledge will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from various sources.
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to uncover influential factors.
  • Develop forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data.
  • Create detailed specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and data availability.
  • Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.
  • Produce datasets and reports using system reporting tools.
  • Develop and validate key performance indicators (KPIs) and build queries to measure business performance.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data anomalies and outliers.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards from ingestion through documentation.
  • Create SQL queries and data visualizations to support ad-hoc analysis and ongoing reporting needs.
  • Organize and transform information into comprehensible structures.
  • Use data mining techniques to extract information and identify correlations and patterns.
  • Monitor data quality and address corrupt data issues.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and frameworks for high-volume data processing.
  • Improve existing processes through automation and efficient workflows.
  • Design and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions to support key decisions.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a data operations role or similar field.
  • Proficiency in Airtable, Tableau, and Salesforce.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Experience in SQL and data mining.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA is a plus but not required.
